Forward Muskwe was signed on loan from Leicester City on 28th January 2020 as table topping Town faced up to life without the division’s top two goalscorers Jerry Yates and Eoin Doyle, both of whom had been recalled by their respective parent clubs. When both Doyle and Yates returned to SN1 over the following 48 hours, Muskwe’s chances of making a serious impact at Town declined dramatically. Muskwe made his Football League debut at the County Ground in front of more than 13,000 fans against Exeter, coming on for Doyle as a 90th minute substitute. He made a further four second half substitute appearances without scoring before the coronavirus pandemic brought the League Two season to an abrupt halt, and he returned to Leicester. As well as being Town’s first ever Zimbabwean international, Muskwe came from a sporting family, with his twin sister Adelaide representing Zimbabwe at the 2019 Netball World Cup. PLAYING RECORD:
