Brian KILCLINE

"Killer" was signed as a desperation measure during the unsuccessful 93/94 Premiership campaign, in an attempt to shore up the Town's leaky defence, along with other aging (or should that be experienced?!) players such as Terry Fenwick, Andy Mutch, Frank McAvennie and Lawrie Sanchez.

After Town's relegation, Kilcline made just thirteen more appearances for the Town. When McMahon arrived, amid rumours of a rift, he never played again. It was also rumoured that his wages were too much for the club, and he was allowed to leave for Mansfield.
